Today, I delivered 32 black and white gelatin silver prints to the gallery. It was raining, so the prints were stuffed into black garbage bags, which I stacked on a table and leather couch—the available flat surfaces. Body bags, I thought.
It amazed me to see how much new work I have created for this exhibition. Friday, the day of the opening, it will be hanging on the walls, and it will amaze me yet again.
I love this body of work, and my hope is that it will be enjoyed by many.
