My life is shaped by the urgent need to wander and observe, and my camera is my passport. — Steve McCurry
We have been traveling again. This time we took a week to explore the Waterville Plateau in north central Washington, and then went on to Tieton for the 10x10x10xTieton artist reception, where I had work in the exhibition.
Much of the time we had no internet service. It became clear to me how difficult it is to make regularly scheduled blog posts when you travel in remote places, unplugged. Though I travel with my cameras, of course, I do not bring my computer. So both film processing and downloads of digital images get postponed until I get home.
I imagine that more experience will help me to figure out my own workflow on the road. Until then, I would love to hear how others accomplish this.
